This piece is inspired by the vibrant burst of color that you experience when the sun hits just right, even when you're feeling blue. It's that moment when light filters through your eyelids, creating a kaleidoscope of colors that lifts your spirit. I wanted to capture that fleeting, yet powerful, sensation in this artwork. Created with acrylics and chalk markers, I used palette knives and color washes to build layers of texture and depth, reflecting the emotional complexity of that simple, yet profound, experience.
